  • Commodities are unique and trade very differently than stocks or bonds and require a different skill set to be a successful commodity trader.
  • Rather than investment diversification, portfolio risk is reduced through:
    • Focus on US Exchange Traded Commodities with established custodians.
    • Higher liquidity & lower volatility by using front month contracts and preset stop loss orders.
    • Limit of 50% contract exposure at any time.
    • Market conditions & exchange margin requirements determine the number of open positions.
  • Focus on physical commodities to avoid increasing a client’s exposure to equities & bonds.
  • All assets are managed in-house using our technical & seasonality research.
